TRUVEMO / LEGAL

Refund Policy

The policies that govern your relationship with Truvemo.

Privacy PolicyTerms of ServiceRefund Policy

Version: V1.10.0 — U.S. & International Edition Effective Date: October 3, 2026

We want users to understand what they are purchasing and to feel comfortable choosing Truvemo.

This Refund Policy applies to eligible Truvemo subscriptions purchased through our website.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Period

You may request a full refund within 30 days of an eligible Truvemo subscription charge, including:

  • your initial annual subscription purchase; and
  • an annual subscription renewal.

Nothing in this Policy limits additional rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.

2. Automatic Renewal

Truvemo subscriptions renew automatically once per year unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.

We intend to send a renewal reminder approximately 30 days before renewal.

You may cancel automatic renewal before the next renewal charge.

3. Cancellation and Refunds Are Different

Canceling automatic renewal prevents future subscription charges.

Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier payment.

If you were charged within the previous 30 days, you may separately request a refund under this Policy.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests may be submitted by contacting:

support@truvemo.com

If your purchase was processed by Paddle, you may also use Paddle’s buyer-support service.

Please provide enough information to identify your order.

Never send your full credit or debit card number by email.

Where Paddle processed the purchase as Merchant of Record, approved refunds are processed through Paddle rather than being paid directly by Truvemo.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where supported.

The time required for funds to appear may depend on Paddle, your financial institution, card issuer, payment method, and country.

6. Access After a Full Refund

When a full refund is completed, your paid Truvemo subscription may terminate and access to paid features may end.

A refund does not trigger guaranteed automatic deletion of Entrusted Content within a fixed period. While available, you may use existing Entrustment controls, or contact privacy@truvemo.com to request deletion. We handle requests under applicable law. Limited account, transaction, security, release, disclosure, fraud-prevention, audit, dispute, and backup records may remain where permitted or required.

7. Duplicate, Unauthorized, or Incorrect Charges

Please contact us promptly if you believe you were:

  • charged more than once;
  • charged an incorrect amount; or
  • charged without authorization.

We will investigate the issue and work with Paddle or the applicable payment provider where appropriate.

8. Fraud and Abuse

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a refund may be refused where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, deliberate refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

9. Statutory Consumer Rights

Consumer-protection rules differ by country and region.

Where applicable law grants you a refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer right that is more favorable than this Policy, that mandatory right will apply.

10. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service or applicable law changes.

The policy and mandatory consumer rights applicable to the relevant transaction will govern your refund request.
